A Garden for Good Flourishes at St. Margaret's

by anonymous on July 15, 2017
The circle drive on the western side of St. Margaret’s has a new feature.  Initiated by the Marsh family, an abundant garden is going from its good soil.  Squash, tomatoes, okra and other summer vegetables are flourishing in this church garden.  The food is harvested and delivered to St. Francis House where it is distributed to families in need who do not often have access to fresh vegetables.  Watch Richie Marsh tell the story of how the garden came to be and the purpose it serves.
