FAQ:
Q: Will I be welcome at St. Margaret's? A: Yes! St. Margaret's is a diverse community and very welcoming to everyone.
Q: Is there communion every week? A: Yes, at all three services on Sunday morning.
Q: Who may receive communion? A: All are welcome at the Lord's Table.
Q: What type of church is St. Margaret's? A: We are a community
of people seeking to be faithful to our baptismal promise to continue
in the Apostle's teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and
in the prayers. We also take to heart our baptismal obligation to seek
and serve Christ in all people and respect the dignity of every human
being. St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church is a part of the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas and the Episcopal Church in the USA.
Q: Which service should I attend? A: That is entirely up to you. The liturgy at each service is the same, but the style of music is different. 8:00 is quiet with organ music but no singing. 9:00 music is by The 9:00 in the Morning Band and has a relaxed feeling. 11:00 music is accompanied by organ and has traditional hymns and a traditional choir. Children are welcome at all services, but the 9:00 service has the most small children. As you can imagine, it is also the noisiest service!
Q: What should I wear? A: Whatever is comfortable for you. At each of the services you will see people wearing everything from blue jeans to three-piece suits. No one is judged by what they wear.
