Special Events

Help plan and prepare for events such as Mardi Gras, Independence Day brunches, special receptions, picnics, and potlucks.  Members can choose how to participate – decorations, setup and take down, ticket sales, etc.

When - As determined by Clergy, Staff and Coordinator.

Who - All who are interested in helping with our special events either by cooking, organizing or planning.

Time involved – The time involved depends on the event and the job.
