Do you have little ones
that are anxious for a camp experience, but anxious about being away from
home? Or, maybe just too young for primary camp?
Camp Mitchell is offering an introductory camp experience for children, 5 and 6
years old and one parent or grandparent. The children will be introduced
to Camp Mitchell and its activities through living a 24 hour camp
experience with the help of a family member.
Check in will begin at 10:00 AM and will end with a Camp Worship experience
followed by lunch on Sunday. Children will have a chance to explore the
beautiful site, do arts and crafts, learn some new field games and sing around
a campfire as well as learn the ins and outs of the dining hall and cabin fun!
Cost is $65 for the weekend. Child friendly food will be served.

Financial Peace University (FPU) consists of
a 13-week video curriculum taught by financial expert Dave Ramsey. The
program is designed to teach individuals how to achieve their financial goals
by eliminating debt and saving for the future. It incorporates
small-group discussions to encourage accountability and discipleship.
Leigh Anne Bennett will be facilitating a class for us beginning June 8th
through August 31, on Tuesdays, from 6-8 pm.
